I began performing over the radio waves as an on-air personality for Hampton University’s student radio station, WHOV 88.1 FM. After earning a BA in Journalism & Communications, I continued my career as an on-air personality for Dallas radio station, Heaven 97 KHVN.

My love of acting then blossomed as a member and servant leader for the drama ministry at Friendship-West Baptist Church in Dallas, TX. A student of the craft, I began performing on stages around the Dallas/Fort Worth metroplex. Some of my stage credits include: Woman From the Town, Two Trains Running, Company, Crowns, Steel Magnolias, and Ma Raney’s Black Bottom — for which I earned’s 2014 Best Supporting Actress award for my role as “Dussie Mae.”

My passion soon grew to include television, film, and voice-overs. I’ve been featured on TNT’s Dallas and Investigation: Discovery Network. I co-star as “Angela” in the award-winning Indie film STEPS OF FAITH, starring Chrystee Pharris, Charles Malik Whitfield, and Irma P. Hall, and I’m currently the National Spokesperson for Long John Silver’s. I’ve performed in various short films with BlueFish TV/Right Now Ministries and The Skit Guys. My commercial credits include: Academy Sports + Outdoors, Taco Bueno, Texas Lottery, Metro PCS, JC Penney, T-Moblie, MaryKay and Top Golf. I’ve even voiced ads for The Ogle School for Hair and Nails and video games for Gearbox.

Even more than performing, I have a real passion for sharing my talent with the performers of tomorrow! Along with teaching and serving as drama leader for Friendship-West Baptist Church, I’ve also worked with various non-profit arts organizations and summer programs in North Texas. I’ve taught theater programs for TeCo Theatrical Productions, Big Thought Thriving Minds, Junior Players, and (CATS) Creative Arts Theater & School of Arlington.

Throughout the Motion Picture that is MY LIFE there have been many re-writes,
re-takes, cast changes, role reversals, location changes, and It’s safe to say, THE DIRECTOR is not finished with me yet!
But I pray the show’s been as interesting to watch as it’s been to live!
